About KQ entertainment and Ateez -----

•KQ is an entertainment company, founded on June 2016.

• KQ entertainment is owned by E&M Division of CJ ENM.

•The first group of the company was ATEEZ.

•Hongjoong became the company's first official trainee and would remain the only one until yunho joined six months later. Over the next year mingi, san, seonghwa, yeosang, jongho and wooyoung joined KQ Entertainment as trainees.

•Before debuting, Wooyoung appeared and competed on the survival show "MIXNINE" where he ranked 132nd place. He also used to be a trainee under BIGHIT MUSIC.

•Pre-2017 wooyoung signed under KQ Entertainment he was signed to BIGHIT music as a trainee circa 2014. There, he met fellow member yeosang. Before 2017 , yeosang left BIGHIT. After that wooyoung left BIGHIT also to join with his fellow member yeosang. Around that time six different agencies reportedly contacted him. Between the six, he chose KQ and signed with them.

•Ateez debuted in 24 October 2018, their pre-debut name was KQ fellaz but they become A (Teenager)Z = Ateez for their debut. Ateez fandom name is called Atiny, their fandom name was revealed on November 17 2018. Atiny is a combination of "ATEEZ" and "DESTINY" , meaning that Ateez's destiny is closely linked to their fandom.

•Out of 4th generation, Ateez are one of few groups who consistently sings live, and they are known as the global performance idols.

•Ateez are the first male kpop group to perform in Coachella.

• the song they perform in Coachella was "Say my name", "HALA HALA (Hearts Awakened, Live Alive) , "Guerrilla ( rock ver), "Crazy form", "Rocky ", "The real" , "ARRIBA(Extended)", "DJANGO".
